Quantum Alignment Technique®

Have faith

Quantum Alignment Technique® (QAT) is a method of removing tension resulting from injury/trauma from the tissue and connecting the tissue to the sensorimotor cortex of your brain. The sensorimotor cortex is responsible for the execution and programming of movements.

QAT restores the neurological activation reflex to muscles or other tissue so that muscles can function better. This can include sports, everyday life, elite athletes, movement restriction, loss of strength after surgery or accident, and people with brain damage so their muscles function better and become stronger.

QAT can reconnect neurological activity, reflex of muscles and other tissues. This technology was designed by two Russian physicists, Dr. Yury Kronn and Dr. Igor Nazarov, they then worked with Canadian physician Mark Metus to develop a framework for this modality. Lawrence Woods from America got the right to develop it further and has been offering this training for several years.

Have Faith

There are conditions you can do with QAT and not with NRT and vice versa, so both treatment methods are a good complement to reduce symptoms. The effect of QAT may take longer. Several treatments are usually needed because QAT takes more time to achieve a certain result.

QAT, when there is an imbalance between the left and right halves of the body (e.g., in the SI joint in the pelvis), can cause them to regain balance and work together as a team.

QAT can also be applied to animals, as has already been successfully used in equine sports.

Duration of a QAT treatment: 60-75 minutes

Diaphragm Treatment

The purpose of the diaphragm treatment is to balance the body. Through pressure points on the body and around the diaphragm, tension can flow out of the body and energy starts to flow again, which has a positive impact on abdominal breathing and joy of life.

This treatment transforms mental and physical tension into relaxation, allowing you to breathe more freely again and experience more vitality.

With a tense diaphragm due to e.g. startle reactions, stress, trauma from surgery or an accident, the body can become disturbed and not release tension sufficiently, which can lead to many complaints such as:

Let go

Function of the diaphragm:

The diaphragm is a large, dome-shaped muscle in the abdomen and is among the strongest muscles in the body. It is the main muscle of respiration and is responsible for breathing in and out. In addition, the diaphragm supports posture and aids in digestion. A good and freely moving diaphragm allows the lungs to fill with air better, allowing more oxygen and therefore energy into the body.

Through diaphragm treatment, muscles as well as the diaphragm relax and the body can release tension. This allows the diaphragm to function optimally again. With a properly functioning diaphragm, abdominal breathing is stimulated and the often high chest breathing at rest is avoided, automatically bringing the body into a peaceful and calm state.

You can train and strengthen the diaphragm with breathing exercises.

Duration of diaphragm treatment: 75-90 minutes

Immune system support

Regular massage can strengthen the immune system by lowering stress hormones and increasing white blood cell activity.
